Happy New Year to Christmas

After Chris and I have finished the work in Kooroon, We went with the last son of the Browns, Walter, to Toowoomba to look for a car. We have made us smart after private buyers, but since the cars were not so good, so we went to a cardealers who had us Walter also recommended. There we found a Subaru, 1991 Year 4 Wheel Drive, Air Conditioning and 5 seats. The car is very easy to drive and looks from the inside almost 9 years younger. Then we bought this for $ 4,300 with all the bells and whistles, insurance, registration, etc., and then we went from Towoomba direction Byron Bay. There we wanted to stay a night, but since we were picked up by park rangers and son had to go on (by 3 clock at night !!!!) and then absolutely dog we were on a rest stop on the highway. Then the next morning I drove from the service station to Sydney (it was the 31 ^ ^). Sorry, we did not have enough time, all the places on the way to look at us, but I get the in any case, even after ^ ^

At 6 clock in the evening we were in a suburb of Sydney, and then drove to the center. There, by this time everything was full, we were lucky that we have found a space close to the bridge. We waited for 5 hours (not as long as a few other people who had already reserve a space early by 9 clock ^ ^). There we met Koreans also very funny and a couple of Tailand celebrate New Year and that we (we actually want to meet other people from the same flight, but they were all somewhere else). The fireworks were really spectacular, have many photo's and videos made were, unfortunately, cracker and so banned throughout Sydney, otherwise I might as well correct many rumgeschmissen ^ ^

At 3 we took the last train and headed for the car, where we slept again. The next day we went to bondi beach and after that to Torben and the other people in the too were our way. They had a place at a park where we have almost only other backpackers. We stayed there until 5 January and there I learned a lot of people know and many tips and tricks for travel (car repair, special places, cheapest goods ...). We got all kinds of Zeuch from K-mart (the cheapest and best market in Australia, you get there really almost everything ^ ^) and then we went to Anna and Antonia (2 German, I also met at the airport in Frankfurt) los (well we had a small problem, the cable to the car battery was not fully secured and therefore he was not at the beginning).
